We helped Actve, a revolutionary platform connecting fitness enthusiasts with their favourite creators, move from concept to a funded MVP, transforming how online fitness is experienced.
We conducted in-depth user and market research, defining key user personas (Coaches and Doers) through gym visits across the UK. This insight informed the design of an intuitive, Netflix-style interface and a creator portal for seamless content management, including an integrated video editing tool. We also developed a dynamic design system, culminating in an interactive Figma prototype that secured £500k in initial funding and onboarded 500+ beta users.
